Biography
Ph. D. in Transport and Location analysis and researcher at the Center for Transport Studies at Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Previously consultant at WSP Analysis and Strategy. Extensive experience in advanced econometric methods for valuation of travel time, travel time reliability and other trip components such as comfort and security for many travel modes, including cycle. Designed and estimated the Swedish National value of time study 2009. Deep experience of transport demand model development and application. Recently carried out important parts of the cost-benefit analyses of high speed train investments in Sweden and the appraisal of alternative congestion charge systems in Gothenburg.
