For applicants seeking employment as, or promotion to posts as senior lecturer or professor

The application is to be written in English.

In order to facilitate the application procedure, the following list of required information is to be observed by every applicant. Certificates, lists of own publications, etc., are to be enclosed with the application.

Kindly note that these all have to be certified.

Applicants possessing qualifications of a non-academic nature should try to follow this form as closely as possible.

In the case of applications for promotion, the text marked with (*) also has to be observed!

The above summary is most important.

All documents, including the publications mentioned under p. 3.3.2, should, in the case of applications for professorship, be filed in 4 copies each. These are to be packed in 4 identical packages. In the case of applications for the post of senior lecturer, all documents should be filed in 3 copies each. These are to be packed in 3 identical packages.

Note that applicants must also be prepared to file all their remaining publications, upon special request.
