Nobel NightCap at KTH!

The Nobel Prize is something that most people in Sweden and abroad are aware and it is one of the biggest events in Sweden every year. But have you heard of Nobel NightCap?

Nobel NightCap is the after party to the Nobel Banquet and it takes place on December 10th every year. It was founded in 1978 by a student after he decided the Nobel Banquet ended too early for being such a major event. Since then the NightCap has gone from being a simple after-party to a prestigious celebration that brings Laureates and students together.

Nowadays each Nobel NightCap is organized by the four largest student unions in Stockholm and KTH got the honer for the Nobel NightCap 2012! Note: every four year can have a chance to hold this event!

Luckily, I got admitted on the committee project group and have the honer to prepare for this special night! It is a great opportunity for both KTH and students, like me, and it will be so much fun when the day comes. As well as the organizing committee, the evening brings together Swedish and international student who will be on hand to ensure the evening is a memorable event.
