Mikael Amelin, Assistant Professor
KTH School of Electrical Engineering, Electric Power Systems Biography Mikael Amelin was born in Södertälje, Sweden in 1970. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Inst. of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden in 1997 and 2004 respectively. He is currently a researcher at Electric Power Systems, KTH. His research interests include Monte Carlo techniques, analysis and modelling of electricity market, as well as rural electrification in developing countries.
