Doctoral Research, KTH – 2011

Title: Quality improvement methods for transport infrastructure projects

Approximately 25 years ago, major construction contractors replaced traditional client/owner control system of public finance construction projects with quality assurance systems managed by the contractors themselves.  The question is whether this change really improved the quality of the projects. 

Licentiate, KTH – 2006

Title: Housing construction, supplier structure, and foreign competition

Examining the reasons behind the high construction cost increases observed in the big regions compare to medium or small regions of Sweden. A survey that explores factors that developers perceive as the sources of construction cost disparities was conducted. The results of the survey was evaluated against the theoretical findings of the subject matter specially, the role of supplier structure, client-contractor relationship, and foreign firms participation was examined.

Masters Research, KTH – 1999

Title: The risk of indirect investment in real estate: an application of the Capital Asset Pricing Model

The focus of our study was to evaluate the risk level of investing in indirectly real estate companies listed in the Swedish stock exchange and how the returns commensurate the risk taken by the investors.
