Forms
All forms should be sent to the PhD administrator at the department. Almost all forms are in Swedish, please talk to your supervisor or the PhD administrator at your department for help.
- Application for acceptance into the PhD program. (Ansökan om antagning). Filled in by the potential research student together with their advisor. The form is to be given to the research studies administrator at the department who forwards it to the ABE office.
- Individual study programme. Update once a year.
- Application for new supervisor
- Announcement form for Licentiate seminar. (Anmälan - Licentiatseminarium). Filled in by the research student together with their advisor.
- Distribution list for licentiate. (Distributionslista - Licentiat)
- Application for licentiate degree. (Ansökan licentiatexamen). Filled in by the research student. The form is to be given to the research studies administrator at the department together with a copy of valid student union ID.
- Quality control evaluation form. (Summering av kvalitetsgranskning). Required for both the Licentiate and PhD degrees.
- Announcement form for PhD dissertation. (Anmälan - Disputation, doktorsexamen). Filled in by the research student together with their advisor.
- Distribution list – PhD thesis. (Distributionslista – Doktorsavhandlingar)
- Application for PhD degree. (Ansökan om doktorsexamen). Filled in by the research student. The form is to be given to the research studies administrator at the department together with a copy of valid student union ID.
