CV template concerning the application for employment as professor/associate professor
For purposes of facilitating the processing of applications, the instructions below must be followed
- The CV template below must be used with the numbering retained
- The application should be written in English
- The application must be signed and submitted to the president, and have been received by the registrar at the latest on the date that is specified in the advertisement
- All documents, inclusive referenced publications (point 3.3.2), must be submitted as paper copies. For an application for professor and associate professor three copies must be submitted. The copies are distributed in three respectively identical packets.
- The documents must be certified*
*Two persons who are not in a disqualifying situation with respect to the applicant attest in writing (on a separate document) that all copies in the application are in agreement with the original and sign with their names, printed name and telephone number.
With respect to the formulation of the application, the following instructions must be followed:
- Precisely what position the application concerns must appear on the first page of the application, including reference numbers and the applicant’s name, academic title, civic registration number, complete postal address, E-mail address and phone number. The application must be signed.
- The application and all appendices must be printed single-sided and paginated. The publications may be double-sided print-outs.
- Certificates, course assessments, course analyses, etc. will be added as appendices immediately after the CV template. The appendices must be numbered.
- Publications, etc. that are appended must be placed last.
