Planning a reunion?
Every year, a number of classes return to KTH to celebrate their reunion. Whether it’s been 10, 20, 25, 30, 40 or maybe 50 years or more since you first started at KTH, holding a reunion is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and reminisce together.
Here at KTH Alumni we are dedicated to making your reunion as successful and special as possible.
We can help with:
- reunion invites. We have access to about 85,000 alumni through our database and we can send out an invitation from you to your class by post and by email.
- promoting your reunion, featuring the event in our monthly newsletter Alumni News and in our event calendar on kth.se/alumni
- ideas for your reunion programme. What has worked in the past? Which event format will be most suitable for your group
- facilitating contact with your old Department
- guided tours of the Campus and your Department (subject to availability).
- finding suitable venues on Campus for your reunion
- catering contacts
- publication of your reunion event report and photos after the event on the KTH website and in Alumni News
The earlier in the planning process we are involved the more we can assist, so if you are planning a reunion in 2012 or later please get in touch.
