The Alumni Office
The Alumni Office is part of the Business Liaison unit at KTH. We are an active link between the students at KTH, alumni of KTH and the labour market. Our purpose is to build and maintain good relations with our alumni and to help current students in the beginning of their careers
We offer our students and alumni a wide scoop of career related activities such as career-related member offers, Career fairs, mediation of job ads, networking mingles, reunions, and other social events.
Our Alumni Office offers support for alumni-related activities carried out by students, departments or alumni associations at KTH. We carry out mentor programs for present students, doctoral students and young alumni.
Furthermore, we are experts on what happens with our students after graduation. We do regular follow ups on our alumni through our Career report and keep updated statistics within our alumni network.
Career Report
In the spring of 2007 KTH sent out a questionnaire to all alumni who graduated from the Swedish programmes in 2004 and 2005. Their answers will hopefully show us what happens after graduation from KTH, how difficult or easy it is to find a job etc. The results are very important to KTH and will show how relevant its education programmes are to the jobs graduates get. This questionnaire will be sent out regularly in the future and will probably also include alumni from the Master's programmes.
Reunions and events
KTH Alumni arrange career events and reunions together with the different schools and departments at KTH. If you wish to take an initiative to arrange a reunion we will gladly help you out as well. Four homecoming days have been arranged in total, however in the future career events and smaller reunions will replace these homecoming days.
In October 2006 the first alumni event abroad was arranged in Shanghai and since then we arrange a reunion in China once a year. Hopefully we will have the oportunity to arrange reunions in more parts of the world in the future.

Resourse for Alumni Clubs
KTH Alumni Office supports all Alumni associations at KTH and abroad. Our mission is to facilitate the volunteer efforts carried out in the different associations as much as possible. We supply the clubs with updated contact information to more than 47 000 KTH Alumni and are a great administrative strength during homecoming events and reunions. We facilitate your contacts with your Alma Mater many years after you finish your studies.
