About House of Science
Vetenskapens Hus, House of Science, is a leading resource of inspiration and knowledge in Stockholm. We are here for students of all ages from primary school to gymnasium/high school levels as well as their teachers. We have natural science and engineering students who will gladly guide you through various acitivities in our two buildings.

Schools meets Universities
Vetenskapens Hus, House of Science, was initiated in 2001 as a collaboration between KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) and Stockholm University. The aim has, since its inception, always been to bring about greater interests in science subjects and allow the young to try on science for real.
An inspiring environment
Secondary school students come to Vetenskapens Hus to perform experiments with modern scientific equipment. We also show them research environments, give lectures on current topics and hold discussions on science and technology.
Supervised activities
Upon arrival you will be met by a teacher, researcher or student from KTH or Stockholm University. Their job is to supervise lab activities and make sure that that you and your team have a pleasant and productive time throughout the visit. We have a curriculum for all the programs.
More than one house
Vetenskapens Hus consists of two buildings a few kilometers apart. The building at the AlbaNova University Center comes with many great laboratories, and the other one is called Naturens Hus (House of Nature) which is located in Bergianska Trädgården (the Bergius Botanic Garden).
