Organization
The KTH ICT activities are run within the 11 research units and the five centers.
KTH ICT has an executive Board and a management group for day-to-day-operation. The School is lead by the dean - professor Mikael Östling.
The strategic development within research and education are elaborated within five strategic research areas:
Material Physics
Photonics and Optics
Integrated Devices and Circuits
Electronic Systems
Communication: Infrastructure and Services
From January 1 2010 the department of computer and Systems Sciences will no longer be a joint KTH - Stockholm University department. Cooperation between KTH ICT and the Stockholm University department will be regulated in formal agreements.
