Doctoral studies
The School of Information and Communication Technology conducts doctoral studies (PhD) in information and communication technology and physics. Approximately 20 doctoral degrees are issued each year.
KTH ICT is responsible for the Ph.D. program: Information and Communication with three specializations:
- Communications: Services and Infrastructure
- Electronic Systems
- Micro-and Nanoelectronics.
KTH ICT also has doctoral students in the Ph.D. program Physics.
