He lectures on behalf of Stellenbosch University Business School as well as the University of South Africa.
Neil has written a book on Contact Centre Management published through Jutas publishers.
The book has been used as a prescribed text book at certain universities in South Africa.
Neil is a major shareholder In Greenfields Institute of Business (Pty) Ltd which does market research work on behalf of large corporate businesses across Africa.
He is also a major shareholder through Prescient Asset Managers in a Health and Risk company focusing in on healthcare and life assurance products.
Prescient has asset management interests in South Africa, Asia and Europe.
