Stanford University. Collaborative research projects since 2000, have also spent six weeks doing research at Stanford Center for Innovations in Learning and Stanford Learning Lab.
Boston University and Harvard University. Collaborative educational projects since 2000. Have also spent five weeks giving lectures, supervising and doing research at the NeuroMuscular Research Center, Boston University and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School.
James Cook University, Townsville, Australia. Visiting scholar for two weeks in 2003.
Australian Center for Field Robotics, Sydney University, Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan, Tokyo Metropolitan University of Technology, Tallinn Technical University, Estonia. Have briefly visited these universities to supervise KTH students doing master thesis projects.
