INDEK researchers receive 12.1 million SEK in grant from Riksbankens Jubileumsfond

Indek researchers , , and have, together with Lars Geschwind of KTH ECE, been awarded 12.1 million SEK by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond for a project studying the use of performance-based governance in academia. In a four-year effort, the multi-disciplinary research team will study the identity construction of academics in relation to "economistic" forms of organizational governance, and how these interdependent processes affect the behaviour of individuals.
