Do you want to find out about the use of computers at KTHB? Here you will find information about public computers, wireless networks and printers at KTHB Main, Forum and Haninge Library.

Computers at KTHB Main Library

Stationary computers for KTH users

  • Log in with your kth.se-account.
  • Printouts are directed to the "Kopieringsverkstad" and will be drawn from your KTH printout quota.
  • Support is obtained at ITE SupportCenter, Drottning Kristinas väg 19.

Stationary computers for the public

  • Log in with a "Smart Card" borrowed at the Circulation desk.
  • Printouts are directed to the "Kopieringsverkstad" and paid by photocopy/printing cards.
  • Support is obtained at the Circulation desk.

The computers are intended for use of KTHB's electronic resources. Max two hours computer time, then you are automatically logged out.

Laptops

If you bring your own computer you can connect to the Internet using either the KTH wireless network or one of the wired plugins at the Main Library.

Wireless network

  • Eduroam

If your university has joined the Eduroam cooperation, you can log in to the wireless network using your "Network secret". This identification can only be obtained from your own university.

  • KTHOPEN

KTHOPEN offers access through cable in some outlets in the library.

Wirless printing

For wireless printing, ask at the Reception desk.

Stationary computers for KTH and DSV users

KTH users: log in with your kth.se account.

DSV users: log in with your Daisy-account.

The library computers are intended for research and study. Max two hours computer time, then you are automatically logged out.

Stationary computers for the public

Log in with a guest account obtained at the Circulation desk.

The computers are intended for use of KTHB´s electronic resources. Max two hours computer time, then you are automatically logged out.

Laptops

If you bring your own computer you can connect to the Internet using the KTH wireless network.

There are four public computers at KTHB Haninge Library. Log in with your kth.se-account. Wireless network is also available.
