Register Student Theses
Information on how to register student theses in KTH Publication Database DiVA
Contact your institution for more information on how to handle your thesis. If you should register it yourself, here is a summary of the procedure.
Printed version
Graphic profile
Student theses from KTH should have a uniform cover and a uniform graphic profile.
Submitting your student thesis to the library
The library no longer accepts printed copies of student theses, only the electronic version. However, an archival copy should be handed in to your department/division.
Electronic version
The thesis have to be made public in the KTH publications database DiVA according to a policy about electronic regestration (UF-2010/0650)
Instructions on how to publish student theses in DiVA
- Select Add publication/Upload files
- Fill in the relevant fields (see the more extensive guide)
- Upload your thesis
- Accept the conditions for electronic publishing in DiVA
- Make sure the information is correct and choose Submit.
If a file is attached, the material will not be available until an adminstrator has reviewed it. The staff will also help you update records that have already been published. Please ask us if you do not know who your administerator is.
