Welcome to TARGETII, a scholarship project addressed to citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
The project provides scholarships for students and staff from Central Asia interested in spending a study/training period at a European partner university.
The scholarships are intended for undergraduate, master and doctoral students, as well as post-doc researchers and academic staff. No tuition fees will be charged.
The EMA 2 Erasmus Mundus Partnership Action 2 is a co-operation and mobility scheme in the area of higher education funded by the European Commission, within the programme.
The programme objective is to promote and transfer the exchange of persons, knowledge and skills at higher education level.
