Future Female Leader Award
KTH has since 2004 in partnership with some of the largest companies in Sweden initiated the Future Female Leader Award, FFLA. The purpose of the award is to recruit more female students and motivate them to aim high and to work in a goal-oriented manner in order to be able to assume management positions in the future.
Every year the most eminent female undergraduate at KTH is selected. The winner is awarded an exclusive, purpose-designed trainee programme at three of our seven FFLA partner companies and is designed according to the wishes of the winner and the companies.
