CEntre for Experimental Mechanics (CEEM)

The centre was formed 2010 in order to link and strengthen the co-operation between the departments at KTH involved in experimental research in Engineering Mechanics.

The partners are the departments of Aeronautical and Vehicle Engineering, Solid mechanics and Mechanics. The partners are already co-operating within a number of KTH research centres such as LinneFLOW, CCGEx  and ECO2 and the new centre will create more such possibilities. Presently a rebuilding is going on which when completed in 2013 will create an integrated laboratory for experimental mechanics, containing all the experimental resources for the involved departments.  

The centre is unique in Sweden and can offer experimental facilities covering most aspects of Engineering Mechanics. For more information on the partner laboratories please visit:
