Education
KTH is the largest technical university in Sweden, producing one-third of the BSc and MSc engineers educated in our country. Studies at KTH are organized in various types of degree programs of different levels, lengths and specializations.
More than 2,200 people are engaged in research at KTH. Some 1,500 of these are postgraduate/doctoral students, about 460 are researchers or research engineers (i e, with a doctoral or licentiate degree) and some 235 are Professors.
The degree programs contain a solid foundation of natural science and end in a multitude of high-tech specializations as well as other subjects such as economics and languages. We produce students with a modern and multidisciplinary outlook, well prepared for a rewarding professional life.
