You will find the personal menu at the top of www.kth.se. For access to the functions you sign in using your kth.se account.
Please contact the KTH computer helpdesk for help with your account or if you don't have an account.
Registration for examinations
You can use web registration when you want to register for exams at certain departments. Not all exams require registration in advance, and each department has its own routines for registration.
In order to web register for an exam the following must apply:
- There is an examination for the course registered in the system
- The actual date is within the registration period for the examination
- You are admitted to and registered as active on the course (kursregistrerad)
- The examination was required the semester you were admitted to the course - required exams can change from semester to semester
If there is no examination for the course in the system it is probably because the department uses other means to administer examination registrations. Contact the course office.
If you are not admitted to the course, e.g. if the course does not show in your Upcoming course list you need to contact a student counsellor at the school responsible for your programme.
If you are admitted (course is listed among your Upcoming courses) you need to contact the course office in order to be registered for the course (Kursregistrerad).
If you have technical problems with your registration
If you can't register for an examination in the system by technical reasons you can send a registration by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that failure to register within the registration period is not considered as a technical reason.
Your registration must be sent within the registration period and you must fulfill all requirements above in order for your registration to be administered. The manual procedure is not an alternative way to register as such.
Please contact the course office if you failed to register in time for an examination but still want to do participate. It is up to the local department to decide how to handle non-registered students on an examination.
