General information about course registration

A course registration indicates your intention to attend the course that you have been admitted to. Registration is necessary so that the results can be reported and is a prerequisite in order to obtain student aid which is paid out by CSN.

Your possible registrations

From March 11 until March 21 you can see if you have courses that allow web registration and start in study period 4.

Course registration

Course registration usually takes place as follows: at the start of a course you sign a list, this is how you notify that you want to take the course. Some courses allow web registration (not re-registration) at the start of the course.

If you are admitted to an educational programme you also need a semester registration.

For courses that last longer than one semester, for example courses that start in the autumn semester and continue into the spring semester you will have to register again for the spring semester (a continuation registration).

For help with re-registration for a course contact the department that is providing the course, for example through the course office.

For more information about course registration, view the page on the course website or ask your lecturer what to do if you lack or did not receive information about course registration. At the student office or course office, where you pick up your exams, purchase course materials etc., you may also receive help with questions about course registration.
