Problems with schedules or calendars
Your personal calendar displays schedules from the courses you subscribe to and events from groups and programs. Course schedules can be found on the course websites. However some schedules can be found elsewhere. If a schedule is not shown in your calendar or on the course website there could be several reasons behind it, e.g. that you need to select a course round on the course website.
Schedules are not shown in my calendar
Your personal calendar displays timetables from the courses you subscribe to or calendar events from groups and programs. You automatically get a subscription to the courses or programs that you are admitted to.
If you haven't gotten an automatic subscription, ensure that you are admitted to the course. The courses that are shown in My pages are the courses you are admitted to. If you have questions, you can find out who to contact here.
If you can't see a course schedule for a course that you subscribe to in your calendar, it might be because you haven't selected a course round. This may occur if you have re-registered for the course. Click on "Change course round" on the course website and select your course round.
The schedule is not visible
If a schedule is not shown on the course website there could be several reasons behind it, for example:
- You have not selected your course round (only scedules from selected course rounds are displayed under the course Schedule). Click on "Change course rounds" and select the course round you want to see information from.
- If the course is held in Kista, schedule information may be available in Daisy. You can search Daisy courses here.
The schedule is not correct
If the schedule is not complete, correct or if there is information missing, please contact your teacher or the person who is course responsible.
