Student rights
Welcome to KTH's webpages on student rights. Here you will find information on your rights and obligations during your studies at KTH.
Student rights concerns the organisation of KTH, such as the regulations that apply regarding education and examination and the support (study counselling and student health care service) that KTH provides to all students. In the following sections we have collected the regulations that apply at KTH regarding how the university should treat students - regulations that students at KTH also are obliged to follow.
At KTH there are regulations on different levels. Some of them apply to KTH as a whole and are presented below. There may be additional regulations that apply exclusively at your specific school or programme.
