IT-Helpdesk
The address to ICT's IT-helpdesk is Isafjordsgatan 39.
The IT-helpdesk is located on the 4th floor just inside the entrence, next to the library.

Remember to bring valid identification when you visit IT-helpdesk.

DSV helpdesk
The Institution DSV at the School of ICT has its own helpdesk for SU-students.
DSV's IT helpdesk office is located in the Forum building in room 6366 (on the 6th floor in the hallway TeamRoom)
ICT IT-Heldesk can not help with the DSV-related issues. Instead contact their helpdesk directly.
I.e: First Class & Daisy are systems that belong to the DSV.
