How to apply

The application deadline for most programmes is 15 January and applications are carried out through University Admissions in Sweden, the online application system for programmes offered at Swedish universities. Some joint Master's programmes for which applications are submitted to a consortium or another university may have later application deadlines, but no applications close before 15 January.

The academic year at KTH is divided into two semesters of 20 weeks, with the autumn semester beginning at the end of August and the spring semester beginning in January. Programmes start in the autumn, which means students apply for studies starting in the upcoming August.
