How to pay the rent
Each month your rental invoice will be sent to you by post. The rent has to be paid in advance each month. It is important that you pay on time and that you contact us if you are having problems with the payment.
- We recommend everyone to pay the rent through our website using invoice payment.
- You can pay the rent at any bank office. The cost for this varies around 100 SEK.
- To avoid the costs you should open up a Swedish bank account.
- You can pay the rent from your international internet bank account. If you are paying from an international internet bank don't forget to write your name and the invoice (ocr) number.
- Never use the same invoice twice.
- Each invoice has a specific invoice no (ocr number) and this must be specified on the payment.
- If someone pays your rent make sure that they write your name as a reference.
You pay rent for every month your rent contract is valid - no exceptions!
