Projects is a central form of organizing work in contemporary society. From having been a set of tools and models for the handling of unique tasks, project management is today a golbal, multi-disciplinary field characterised by rapid growth both in terms of research, teaching and industry collaboration.
The department of Industrial Organization and Management (Indek) has a long history of advanced research and teaching in project management. Indek hosts a large research group and several projects related to project management.
