Venue, time and date in brief:
The conference will take place on June 13 to June 16, 2010 at the campus of the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden.
The last day of the conference will be co-arranged with the 2nd IIR Workshop on Refrigerant Charge Reduction in Refrigerating Systems, a two-day (June 16 - 17) meeting specially focused on methods on reducing charge in refrigeration systems. How to find the way to the conference:
The conference will be held in Lecture room Q1, located at Osquldas Väg 4, about 5 minues walk from the subway station Tekniska Högskolan.
Important about travelling to Stockholm in June!
Since the date of the conference was fixed, the Royal Court has announced that the Crown Princess of Sweden is going to have her wedding on June 19, just after the conference is over. This means that more tourists than usual are expected to Stockholm at this time!
Therefore, please arrange for your travel and lodging well in time!
Present status of preparations
About 60 abstracts have been accepted for the conference on a wide range of topics, including natural refrigerants, low-GWP synthetic refrigerants, absorption, expansion processes, ground source heat pumps, supermarket refrigeration etc.
Additionally, members of the scientific committee have been invited to submit review papers giving updates and backgrounds on different topics. As soon as the titles are confirmed they will be posted at the web site.
