Martin Willers, partner and business developer, People People 

Martin Willers is a founding partner and head of new business at People People. He is trained in communication and industrial design and specializes in eco-innovation. Willers is on a quest to spreads optimism on how the industrial society can be a sustainable solution.

Mats Lindgren, founding partner, Kairos Future

Mats Lindgren is the CEO and founder of the Kairos Future, an international research and management consultant. He holds a masters degree in engineering physics from The Royal Institute of Technology and a doctoral degree in Business Administration from  Henley Management College/Brunel University in the UK. He is the author or co-author to more than 20 books. His latest book will be published in 2012 by Palgrave/Macmillan with the title 21st century management – making people dance in the 21st century thought economy.

Mats Magnusson, Professor of Product Innovation Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology

Mats Magnusson is Professor of Product Innovation Engineering at the School of Industrial Engineering and Management, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Director of the Institute for Management of Innovation and Technology in Sweden. Moreover, he is Chairman of the international research network Continuous Innovation Network and Research director of the Product Innovation Engineering program in Sweden. His research focuses on various aspects of innovation management, in particular ideation management, innovation networks and continuous innovation. Magnusson teaches in Masters, PhD and Executive programs in Sweden and abroad and also acts as a consultant to both multi-national industrial firms and hi-tech start-ups.

 Dr. Francine Gordon, Founder of F Gordon Group

Dr. Francine Gordon, Founder of F Gordon Group and co-Organizer of the TEDxBayArea Women program, works with global companies addressing innovation, teamwork, leadership, and the advancement of women. After completing her PhD at Yale she began her professional life as one of the first two women on the faculty at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She’s held senior management roles at several high tech firms, spent 5+ years with Boston Consulting Group as a Global Organization Manager, and co-founded a professional repertory theatre. She is currently writing a book on gender and innovation (Womennovation).
