Content and learning outcomes

Course contents

The course includes construction project management, design management, contract forms, development and innovation. The course has a special focus on early stages.

Intended learning outcomes

After completing the course, the participants should be prepared for further studies at the advanced level within real estate and construction and to work in project-based activities within construction and infrastructure.

After completing the course, the participants must be able to:

1. Describe, use and compare concepts within project management, specifically related to construction and infrastructure and early stages.

2. Use and evaluate tools and methods within project management for analysis, specifically related to construction and infrastructure and early stages.

3. Describe how construction project planning and project planning can contribute to a more sustainable built environment.

4. Relate to previous knowledge in project management, specifically related to construction and infrastructure and early stages.
