Learning outcomes

Good awareness of the logistics' roll and subtstance in companies and the society. In a structured way be able to identify and describe and handle aspects on warehousing, inbound logistics, and outbound distribution, within logistics effectiveness.

Course main content

The various components of the logistics process will be introduced and analyzed and in addition their importance to the competitive edge of the company.

Disposition

Lectures, seminars, at times study visits, and project work. 6 occasions. The course is given on half-time in the daytime and in Swedish, but is not a distance-course with distance tuition.

Eligibility

General requirements i.e. completed upper secondary education including documented proficiency in Swedish and English (for courses given in Swedish).
