Basic eligibility requirements

The applicant must hold a completed Bachelor's degree which is equivalent to a Swedish Bachelor's degree (180 University Credits) and issued by a recognized university or other accredited organisation. A good knowledge of written and spoken English is also required and applicants must provide proof of their proficiency in English, as detailed at http://www.kth.se/eng/education/application_admission/masters.html (in Swedish).

Specific eligibility requirements

Entry to the Modern Physics Master’s Programme also requires that applicants have completed an undergraduate degree with a major in physics, or a physics-related subject.  

Selection process

The selection process is based on a weighted evaluation of the following selection criteria: applicant’s university, course grades, course work related to the Programme, a personal motivation letter from applicant, and reference letters.
