Mindfulness can facilitate compassionate and self-compassionate thinking, which may <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s12671-019-01113-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reduce negative emotions and thoughts<\/a> experienced in daily life.
