Men som tur \u00e4r kommer snart adventstiden, vilket g\u00f6r att vi f\u00e5r b\u00f6rja h\u00e4nga upp adventskandelabrar och lite julpynt. Det ser \u00e5tminstone jag fram emot. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Examinationsperioden efter period 1 inneh\u00f6ll kurser med en m\u00e5ngfald av olika examinationsformer, bland annat digital examination i datorsal. Examination i datorsal g\u00e5r p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt till p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som en traditionell salsexamination (exempelvis vad g\u00e4ller ID-kontroll och kontroll att inget kursmaterial anv\u00e4nds) men skapar samtidigt m\u00f6jlighet att anv\u00e4nda olika slags fr\u00e5gor och fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar. De ordnar workshops regelbundet och har skapat en canvassida f\u00f6r <strong>att underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r l\u00e4rare att ta till sig all dokumenterad kunskap som finns p\u00e5 intran\u00e4tet \u2013 b\u00e5de med hj\u00e4lp av korta <\/strong><strong>(<\/strong><strong>5 minuters) guider och videos<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Denna canvassida \u00e4r utformad s\u00e5 att vi kan komma \u00e5t inneh\u00e5llet p\u00e5 ett snabbt s\u00e4tt och mer behovsstyrt. Varje guide kan dessutom laddas ner som en PDF, s\u00e5 att du kan l\u00e4sa igenom den n\u00e4r du vill.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.kth.se\/courses\/30173\">ITM E-learning Teams guider (i Canvas)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En kommande viktig h\u00e4ndelse \u00e4r Stortr\u00e4ffen den 28\/11 (kl. 12.30-16.30) som har temat \u201dHitta v\u00e4gar till Framtidens utbildning\u201d. Stortr\u00e4ffen \u00e4r en aktiv m\u00f6tesplats, f\u00f6r alla p\u00e5 KTH, oavsett roll och befattning, och arrangeras en g\u00e5ng per termin (p\u00e5 svenska p\u00e5 h\u00f6sten och engelska p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren). Den absolut st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rdelen med att delta i stortr\u00e4ffen tycker jag \u00e4r att det \u00e4r en arena d\u00e4r m\u00e5nga olika funktioner m\u00f6ts f\u00f6r att diskutera, utveckla och utv\u00e4rdera allt g\u00e4llande KTH:s utbildningar p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er, s\u00e5som undervisning, utbildning, l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6er, utbildningsst\u00f6d, utbildningsbevakning och studentinflytande.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/utveckling-och-hogskolepedagogik\/kalender\/stortraffen-hitta-vagar-till-framtidens-utbildning-1.1185330?date=2022-11-28&amp;orgdate=2022-11-08&amp;length=1&amp;orglength=0\">Anm\u00e4l deltagande och \u00e4mnen i Stortr\u00e4ffen, 28 nov<\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt hoppas jag ni har l\u00e4st vicerektor Leif Karis blogginl\u00e4gg d\u00e4r han reflekterar kring KTH:s uppdrag inom det livsl\u00e5nga l\u00e4randet och vilka utmaningar som finns f\u00f6rknippade med detta fram\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/vicerektorerna\/2022\/09\/ett-hallbart-livslangt-larande\/\">Ett h\u00e5llbart livsl\u00e5ngt l\u00e4rande (Vicerektorsblogg)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ITM-skolan har, \u00e4nda sedan KTH p\u00e5b\u00f6rjade en ut\u00f6kad satsning p\u00e5 livsl\u00e5ngt l\u00e4rande, utvecklat en stor m\u00e4ngd LL-kurser och det hoppas jag kommer forts\u00e4tta under 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Avslutningsvis s\u00e5 hoppas jag att ni alla t\u00e4nkt delta i KTH:s SoTL-konferens under 2023, det \u00f6vergripande temat \u00e4r \u201cFramtidens l\u00e4rande &#8211; l\u00e4rande f\u00f6r framtiden\u201d. Luckily the advent season is about to arrive, so we can adorn the windows with advent candelabras and other Christmas decorations. At least, that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m looking forward to \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The examination period contained courses with various examination forms, including digital examinations in computer rooms. Examination in a computer room is in many ways done the same way as traditional classroom examinations (for example, in terms of ID check and controlling that no course material is used), but you also get the opportunity to use different types of questions. If you are curious and want to learn more about digital examination, KTH&#8217;s E-learning team has published information on the intranet about common pedagogical methods, course types, recommendations, availability and other essential things for digital course design:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/utbildning\/e-larande\/digital-utbildning-kth\/digital-kursdesign-1.1073511\">Digital course design (intra.kth.se)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As an extra support for teachers, the ITM school has a team of amanuenses and research engineers. They regularly organize workshops and have created a canvas page to make it easier for teachers to access the documented knowledge available on the intranet with the help of short (5-minute) guides and videos. This canvas page is based on our actual needs and is designed to access content quickly. Each guide can also be downloaded as a PDF that you can read whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.kth.se\/courses\/30173\">ITM E-learning Team&#8217;s guides (in Canvas)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Stortr\u00e4ffen on 28\/11 (12.30-16.30) is an important upcoming event with the theme &#8220;Finding ways to the education of the future.&#8221; The meeting is an active meeting place for everyone at KTH, regardless of role and position, and is arranged once every semester (in Swedish in the fall and English in the spring). The most substantial reason to participate is that it is an arena where many different functions meet to discuss, develop and evaluate everything related to KTH&#8217;s education at all levels, such as teaching, education, learning environments, educational support, educational supervision, and student influence.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/utbildning\/utveckling-och-hogskolepedagogik\/kalender\/stortraffen\/stortraffen-hitta-vagar-till-framtidens-utbildning-1.1185330\">Read more about Stortr\u00e4ffen, Nov. 28, and vote on discussion topics<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, I hope you have read vice president Leif Kari&#8217;s blog post, where he reflects on KTH&#8217;s mission within lifelong learning and its future challenges:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/vicerektorerna\/en\/2022\/09\/sustainable-lifelong-learning\/\">Sustainable lifelong learning (Vice Presidents\u2019 blog)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since KTH began an expanded investment in lifelong learning, the ITM school has developed many LL courses, and I hope this will continue in 2023. Finally, I hope you all intend to participate in KTH&#8217;s SoTL conference in 2023. The theme is &#8220;Learning of the future &#8211; learning for the future.&#8221; Questions that will be discussed are: What type of teaching do we want in the future? How do we prepare our university for the future?
