Mycket h\u00e4nder p\u00e5 KTH och en av de viktigaste f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna \u00e4r att v\u00e5r nya rektor har tilltr\u00e4tt. Han \u00e4r aktiv b\u00e5de p\u00e5 Facebook och med en blogg p\u00e5 KTH:s hemsida, och jag ser fram emot att f\u00e5 l\u00e4sa hans tankar kring KTH:s utbildning i samma anda som <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/rektor\/2022\/12\/studentinflytande-under-granen\/\">de f\u00f6rsta inl\u00e4ggen.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Som ni s\u00e4kert vet fattade v\u00e5r f\u00f6rra rektor under 2022 beslut om principer f\u00f6r KTH:s Framtida Utbildning. Programmets utvecklingsarbete samordnas av en programledning: en programledare (Joakim Lilliesk\u00f6ld) och tv\u00e5 bitr\u00e4dande programledare, jag och SCI-skolans GA Gunnar Tibert. Programledarnas arbetsuppgifter \u00e4r i huvudsak att:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leda programmet Framtidens utbildning<\/li>\n<li>Organisera samarbete mellan olika arbetsgrupper<\/li>\n<li>Underl\u00e4tta erfarenhetsutbyte, l\u00e4rande och v\u00e4rdeskapande aktiviteter<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6resl\u00e5 och f\u00f6rankra f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 pilotprojekt och skolgemensamma satsningar<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6lja upp pilotprojekt och satsningar<\/li>\n<li>Identifiera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsbehov i KTH:s styrdokument<\/li>\n<li>Kommunicera programmet och vad som h\u00e4nder internt och externt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P\u00e5 Stortr\u00e4ffen i november 2022 fick vi alla m\u00f6jlighet att b\u00e5de diskutera Framtidens utbildning i sin helhet samt olika principer och detaljer i mindre grupper. Jag hoppas s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt av ITM:s medarbetare hade m\u00f6jlighet att delta, men om n\u00e5gon missade m\u00f6jligheten finns det dokumentation i form av b\u00e5de videos och skriftligt underlag tillg\u00e4ngliga <a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/utveckling-och-hogskolepedagogik\/nyheter\/dokumentation-av-stortraffen-hitta-vagar-till-framtidens-utbildning-1.1211722\">h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Avslutningsvis s\u00e5 vill jag p\u00e5minna er alla om att den femte konferensen f\u00f6r KTH Scholarship of Teaching and Learning h\u00e5lls den 7 mars p\u00e5 KTH i samarbete med Stockholm Universitet och Karolinska Institutet (Stockholm Trio). Fokus \u00e4r Framtidens l\u00e4rande, <a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/utveckling-och-hogskolepedagogik\/kth-sotl\/2023\">l\u00e4s mer om det h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\/Anna Jerbrant, vice skolchef och grundutbildningsansvarig p\u00e5 ITM-skolan<\/p>\n<h2>Time for Future Education<\/h2>\n<p>New year, new challenges. A lot is going on at KTH, and one of the most significant changes is that our new president is in place. He is active both on Facebook and with a blog on KTH&#8217;s website. I look forward to reading his thoughts on KTH&#8217;s education in the same spirit as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/rektor\/2022\/12\/studentinflytande-under-granen\/\">the first posts.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you probably know, our previous president has decided about the principles for KTH&#8217;s Future Education. The program&#8217;s development work is coordinated by a program management: a program manager (Joakim Lilliesk\u00f6ld) and two assistant program managers, myself, and the SCI school&#8217;s GA Gunnar Tibert. Their tasks are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the Future Education program<\/li>\n<li>Organize collaboration between different working groups<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the exchange of experience, learning, and value-creating activities<\/li>\n<li>Propose and anchor proposals for pilot projects and school-wide initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on pilot projects and investments<\/li>\n<li>Identify the need for change in KTH&#8217;s steering documents<\/li>\n<li>Communicate the program and what is happening internally and externally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I hope many of ITM&#8217;s employees took the opportunity to participate in the Stortr\u00e4ff in November when we all had the chance to discuss Future Education in general and various principles and details in smaller groups.
