Together, we have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identified individual tasks<\/li>\n<li>produced interface documents<\/li>\n<li>concluded project work linked to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Training<\/li>\n<li>Third-cycle education<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Web<\/li>\n<li>Working in an open environment<\/li>\n<li>Events, conferences, public defences of doctoral theses, etc.<\/li>\n<li>HR<\/li>\n<li>Finances<\/li>\n<li>Working in an open environment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We are now entering phase 2. Work commencing in this phase:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Coordinator Annika Lilja is doing the rounds, informing the management group of each respective department about the new service centre.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying which tasks are to be performed at the service centre.<\/li>\n<li>Who will do what?<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment of employees, interviews are ongoing.<\/li>\n<li>Discussion no. 2 with concerned administrative personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Building an information page on the intranet.<\/li>\n<li>Creating an entry point.<\/li>\n<li>Supplementing the risk analysis conducted at the start of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Premises are available in the M block and in Sing Sing (both for service desk and office spaces for back office work).<\/li>\n<li>Two electric cars are being acquired (for the school&#8217;s porters).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Set schedule starting 1 April 2017 is on track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continued dissemination of information on the project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The school\u2019s intranet is being used to disseminate information. Work materials are being shared on \u201csocial\u201d for the reference group and concerned personnel.
