Har du t\u00e4nkt tycka till \u00e4r det br\u00e5dis \u2013 den 16 oktober ska alla f\u00f6rslag vara inne.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r du vet v\u00e4l att vi som \u00e4r anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 ITM kan nominerar en eller flera personer\u00a0&#8211; eller oss sj\u00e4lva &#8211; till skolchefsrollen.\u00a0\u00a0Givetvis finns det vissa minimkrav f\u00f6r att vara beh\u00f6rig som skolchef, till att b\u00f6rja med b\u00f6r du exempelvis vara professor eller lektor. Ja, d\u00e4rmed kommer inte jag\u00a0sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 fr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n<p>Nomineringskommitt\u00e9n har fler \u00f6nskem\u00e5l p\u00e5 sin lista:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Framg\u00e5ngsrik erfarenhet av ledarskap \u00f6ver st\u00f6rre enheter med arbetsmilj\u00f6 och personalansvar (som skolchef, vice skolchef, prefekt eller motsvarande)<\/li>\n<li>Professor\/lektor p\u00e5 docentniv\u00e5 med forskningsledarerfarenhet<\/li>\n<li>Uppvisa formell ledarskapsutbildning av omfattning<\/li>\n<li>Visad god f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att arbeta med visioner och strategier att utveckla skolan och KTH<\/li>\n<li>Visad god f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att genomf\u00f6ra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och kunna fatta beslut<\/li>\n<li>Visad god samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga inom KTH, mellan skolor, med KTH:s ledning och studentk\u00e5ren<\/li>\n<li>Legitimitet och integritet, f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att representera KTH externt<\/li>\n<li>Ska kunna presentera en vision f\u00f6r aktuell skolas utveckling inom utbildning, forskning och samverkan med samh\u00e4lletNomineringskommitt\u00e9n best\u00e5r av en permanent nomineringsgrupp f\u00f6r skolchefstills\u00e4ttningar inklusive representanter fr\u00e5n ITM-skolans strategiska r\u00e5d. Kommitt\u00e9ns uppdrag \u00e4r att ta fram ett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 ny skolchef till rektor som sedan \u00e4r den som v\u00e4ljer ny skolchef f\u00f6r ITM.\n<p>Skicka ditt f\u00f6rslag\u00a0<strong>senast den 16 oktober 2019<\/strong>via mail till\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:itm-nominering-skolchef@kth.se\">itm-nominering-skolchef@kth.se<\/a>. Gl\u00f6m inte anv\u00e4nda den mall som har skickats ut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Who would you like to see as Head of school for ITM from next year? If you want to have a say, there\u2019s still time \u2013 but just. The deadline for your candidate is October 16.<\/p>\n<p>I hope everyone\u2019s aware that all ITM employees can nominate one or more person &#8211; or ourselves, for that matter &#8211; as the Head of school. Naturally, there are some minimum requirements to be qualified as a school principal. To begin with, for example, you should be a professor or associate professor. No, so I do not qualify.<\/p>\n<p>The Nominating Committee has more requests on its list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful experience of leadership across major units with work environment and personnel responsibilities (such as Head of school, Vice head of school, Prefect or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Professor\/Associate Professor at docent level with research leader experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate formal leadership training of scope<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated good ability to work with visions and strategies to develop the school and KTH<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated good ability to implement change and be able to make decisions<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated good collaboration skills in KTH, between schools, with KTH&#8217;s management and the student union<\/li>\n<li>Legitimacy and integrity, ability to represent KTH externally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The nomination committee consists of the permanent nomination group and representatives from the ITM School\u2019s strategic council. The committee&#8217;s mission is to produce a proposal for a new Head of school to presented for the President, Sigbritt Karlsson, who makes the final decision.<\/p>\n<p>Nominate your candidate <strong>no later than 16 October 2019<\/strong> via email to <a href=\"mailto:itm-nominering-skolchef@kth.se\">itm-nominering-skolchef@kth.se<\/a>.
