KTH \u00f6ppnar f\u00f6r campusf\u00f6rlagd utbildning h\u00f6stterminen 2020 och ger succesivt tilltr\u00e4de f\u00f6r studenter i KTH:s lokaler fr o m l\u00f6rdagen den 1 augusti 2020. Undervisning f\u00e5r bedrivas p\u00e5 alla KTH-campus i enlighet med regeringens besked och Folkh\u00e4lsomyndighetens rekommendationer.<\/p>\n<p>Inom st\u00f6dverksamheten planerar vi f\u00f6r att komma tillbaka till arbetsplatsen. M\u00e5nga av oss har suttit hemma under ett antal veckor medan andra har varit p\u00e5 plats som vanligt. Vissa av funktionerna och arbetsuppgifterna \u00e4r av s\u00e5dan art att hemarbete inte fungerat. \u201dDet \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att vara badvakt p\u00e5 distans\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att vi ska vara bemannade p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra campus direkt efter semestrarna och i samband med inskrivningen av v\u00e5ra nya studenter. Men vi inv\u00e4ntar direktiv fr\u00e5n KTH innan vi beslutar hur vi g\u00f6r, och besked har utlovats f\u00f6re midsommar. \u00a0Som sagt, det \u00e4r br\u00e5da dagar att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng planeringen inf\u00f6r detta. Personligen ser jag fram mot att komma tillbaka in i \u201dgamla\u201d vanor, men framf\u00f6rallt ser jag fram mot att f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ffa mina kollegor och alla andra p\u00e5 KTH.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00f6dverksamheten har tillsammans med en referensgrupp (l\u00e4rarrepresentanter) tagit fram ett utbildningsmaterial riktat mot ITM:s projektledare. Syftet \u00e4r att skapa en digital kurs med namnet \u201dKurs f\u00f6r projektledare p\u00e5 ITM-skolan\u201d som p\u00e5 ett kortfattat och l\u00e4ttf\u00f6rst\u00e5eligt s\u00e4tt beskriver de regler och rutiner som \u00e4r anpassade f\u00f6r KTH f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 en r\u00e4ttvisande bild och resultat av de ekonomiska h\u00e4ndelser som sker i ett projekt. Tanken \u00e4r att materialet ska uppdateras efter att behov uppst\u00e5r, samt att projektledaren kan s\u00e4tta sig in i olika fr\u00e5gor n\u00e4r tid finns f\u00f6r detta digitalt. Vi \u00e5terkommer under h\u00f6sten med ett f\u00e4rdigt informations- och kursmaterial.<\/p>\n<p>Som ni f\u00f6rmodligen redan k\u00e4nner till ska all information p\u00e5 webben tillg\u00e4ngligg\u00f6ras. Lagen tr\u00e4der i kraft den 23 september 2020. Lagen om tillg\u00e4nglighet till digital offentlig service (DOS-lagen) kr\u00e4ver att digitalt inneh\u00e5ll ska vara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>m\u00f6jligt att uppfatta, oavsett eventuell neds\u00e4ttning av exempelvis syn eller h\u00f6rsel,<\/li>\n<li>hanterbart, dvs m\u00f6jlig att interagera med,<\/li>\n<li>begripligt,<\/li>\n<li>robust, dvs kunna anv\u00e4ndas med ett brett spektrum av olika anv\u00e4ndarprogram, s\u00e5som webbl\u00e4sare eller tekniska hj\u00e4lpmedel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ITM:s kommunikationsenhet planerar genomf\u00f6randet av detta arbete, eftersom mycket av de dokument vi har publicerade m\u00e5ste tillg\u00e4ngligg\u00f6ras.<\/p>\n<p>ITM:s HR-enhet passar p\u00e5 att informera om att l\u00f6nerevisionen kommer att senarel\u00e4ggas i \u00e5r. Dock \u00e4r revisionsdatum fortfarande den 1 oktober 2020. Anledningen till detta \u00e4r att arbetet blivit uppskjutet p\u00e5 grund av Covid-19. Det inneb\u00e4r att vi inte har lika br\u00e5ttom att komma ig\u00e5ng med de enskilda l\u00f6nesamtalen direkt efter sommaren. Vi avvaktar ytterligare information i fr\u00e5gan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/itm-management\/files\/2020\/06\/Fiskmas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-658 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/itm-management\/files\/2020\/06\/Fiskmas-e1591617206498.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"322\" \/><\/a>Vi har m\u00e5lg\u00e5ng den 15 juni f\u00f6r alla anst\u00e4llda som varit med och motionerat under de senaste veckorna. Vi startade den 18 maj \u201dKTH ACTIVE TOGETHER\u201d. Det hela g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att peppa varandra och att vi ska r\u00f6ra oss mer. Vi f\u00e5r anledning att uppm\u00e4rksamma ITM:s tre aktivaste lag f\u00f6re midsommar.<\/p>\n<p>Sista men inte minst vill jag och hela st\u00f6dverksamheten \u00f6nskar er alla en riktigt trevlig och v\u00e4lf\u00f6rtj\u00e4nst sommarledighet. Det kan vi alla beh\u00f6va innan vi drar ig\u00e5ng igen i h\u00f6st! KTH will resume campus-based education and provide successive access for students at KTH&#8217;s premises from Saturday, August 1, 2020. Teaching may be conducted at all KTH campuses in accordance with the government&#8217;s message and the recommendations of the Public Health Authority.<\/p>\n<p>The Professional support teams (administration) plan to return to our workplaces. Many of us have been working remotely for a number of weeks while others have been on site. Some functions and tasks are impossible to execute remotely. &#8220;It is difficult to be a lifeguard at a distance&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to be back on campus immediately after the holidays and in connection with the enrollment of our new students. However, we still wait for directives from KTH before deciding how we do it, and this information will come before midsummer. That said, it is urgent to start planning for this. Personally, I look forward to getting back into &#8220;old&#8221; habits, but above all, I look forward to meeting my colleagues and everyone else at KTH.<\/p>\n<p>The Professional support teams, together with a reference group (teacher representatives), have produced a training material aimed at ITM&#8217;s project managers. The purpose is to create a digital course called &#8220;Course for project managers at the ITM school&#8221; which briefly and easily teaches the rules and routines adapted for KTH to achieve a true picture accurate results of the economic events taking place in a project. The idea is that the material will be updated as needs arise, and that the project manager can immerse themselves into different questions digitally when there is time for this.<\/p>\n<p>We will come back later with completed information and course material.<\/p>\n<p>As you probably already know, all information on the web will have to be made accessible. This new act comes into force on September 23, 2020. The Act on Access to Digital Public Service (DOS-lagen) requires digital content to be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>possible to perceive, regardless of any impairment, for example, sight or hearing,<\/li>\n<li>manageable, ie possible to interact with,<\/li>\n<li>understandable,<\/li>\n<li>robust, ie can be used with a wide range of different user programs, such as browsers or technical tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ITM Communication team is planning the implementation of this work, as many of the documents we have published must be made accessible.<\/p>\n<p>ITM&#8217;s Human Resources team announces that the salary audit will be delayed this year. However, the revision date is still October 1, 2020. The reason for this is that work has been delayed due to covid-19. This means that we are not in such a hurry to get started with the individual salary discussions immediately after the summer. We await further information on this issue.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/blogs\/itm-management\/files\/2020\/06\/Fiskmas-e1591617206498.jpg\" \/>The finish-line for \u201cKTH ACTIVE TOGETHER\u201d is due June 15 for all employees who have been involved and exercised in recent weeks. It all comes down to pep-talking and coaching each other to be more physically active. We will pay attention to ITM&#8217;s three most active teams before midsummer.<\/p>\n<p>Last but not least, me and the entire Professional support team wish you all a really nice and well-deserved summer vacation. We may all need that before we start again this autumn!
