Skillnaden mot v\u00e5rterminen \u00e4r att vi alla f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas vara p\u00e5 campus tv\u00e5 dagar i veckan. Det inneb\u00e4r att vi m\u00e5ste s\u00e4kra upp v\u00e5r arbetsmilj\u00f6, alla kan inte vara p\u00e5 plats samtidigt. Inom st\u00f6dverksamheten har vi d\u00e4rf\u00f6r schemalagt stora delar av personalens arbetstid. Det inneb\u00e4r att det alltid finns n\u00e5gon p\u00e5 plats kopplat till de olika omr\u00e5dena.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5ra studiev\u00e4gledare har drop-in via Zoom, vilket har visats sig vara en optimal l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r samtliga. Studenterna beh\u00f6ver inte \u00e5ka in till campus och sitta och v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 sin tur, utan kan m\u00f6ta studiev\u00e4gledningen digitalt. Studiev\u00e4gledarna kan i lugn och ro beta av k\u00f6n under dagen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trainee-platser till ekonomiavdelningen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vi har under flera \u00e5r haft sv\u00e5rt att rekrytera ekonomer. Det \u00e4r och har varit sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 in tillr\u00e4ckligt bra s\u00f6kanden och ibland har vi inte kunnat matcha de l\u00f6neanspr\u00e5k som st\u00e4llts. \u00a0Speciellt sv\u00e5rt har det varit att f\u00e5 in nyrekryteringar inom EU-omr\u00e5det. Som tur \u00e4r har vi v\u00e4ldigt kompetenta medarbetare, men som d\u00e4rf\u00f6r har varit underbemannade under ett antal \u00e5r, vilket p\u00e5verkar arbetssituationen och till viss del det st\u00f6d vi vill ge verksamheten. Vi har nu \u201dt\u00e4nkt nytt\u201d och utannonserat trainee-anst\u00e4llningar p\u00e5 ekonomiavdelningen. Antalet ans\u00f6kningar var m\u00e5nga, och den f\u00f6rsta intervjuomg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5g\u00e5r redan. Tanken \u00e4r att de ska f\u00e5 f\u00f6lja redovisningens samtliga omr\u00e5den, allt fr\u00e5n en inkommande faktura fram till budget- och bokslutsarbetet. Vi hoppas att det nya rekryteringsf\u00f6rfarandet kommer att ta oss i m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Prelimin\u00e4r tidsplan f\u00f6r l\u00f6nerevisionen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tidsplanen f\u00f6r \u00e5rets l\u00f6nerevision skjuts fram\u00e5t i tiden. Detta beror naturligtvis p\u00e5 den situation vi har kopplat till covid-19. KTH erbjuder nu gratis konsultation (anonymt) upp till sex tillf\u00e4llen p\u00e5 grund av de speciella omst\u00e4ndigheterna i en pandemi.<\/p>\n<p>Med arbetsrelaterad h\u00e4lsa &#8211; och oh\u00e4lsa &#8211; menas att det ska finnas ett samband mellan individens besv\u00e4r, arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och arbetskraven. Besv\u00e4ren ska ha orsakats av arbetet, f\u00f6rs\u00e4mras eller misst\u00e4nks ha samband med arbetet. Detta skiljer sig fr\u00e5n allm\u00e4n sjukv\u00e5rd d\u00e4r sjukdomar inte alltid har samband med arbetet.<\/p>\n<p>ITM har under det senaste \u00e5ret tagit hj\u00e4lp av f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp med att kartl\u00e4gga oh\u00e4lsa kopplat till arbetsplatsen. Detta arbete drivs tillsammans med de fackliga organisationerna, skolans huvudskyddsombud, vilka m\u00f6ts tillsammans med arbetsgivaren i samverkansm\u00f6ten var fjortonde dag. Samverkansgruppen har idag ett stort fokus p\u00e5 arbetsrelaterade fr\u00e5gor, vilket g\u00f6r att vi tillsammans kan arbeta proaktivt r\u00f6rande dessa fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n<p>Om du beh\u00f6ver st\u00f6d i dessa fr\u00e5gor, tveka inte, utan h\u00f6r av dig till antingen n\u00e4rmsta chef, HR-ansvarig Anna Blendow, alternativt ditt fackliga ombud, (<a href=\"mailto:saco-s-itm@kth.se\">saco-s-itm@kth.se<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:st-kth@kth.se\">st-kth@kth.se<\/a> ) eller huvudskyddsombudet. V\u00e4lkomna!<\/p>\n<p>\/ Christina Carlsson, Administrativ Chef p\u00e5 ITM<\/p>\n<h2>Speeding up at campus<\/h2>\n<p>The autumn semester has picked up speed. The difference from the spring semester is that we are all expected to work from campus two days a week. This means that we must secure our work environment, we can\u2019t be in the same place at the same time. Therefore we have scheduled large parts of the staff&#8217;s working hours. This means that there is always someone on site connected to the different areas.<\/p>\n<p>Our study counselors have drop-in via Zoom, which has proven to be a good solution for everyone. Students don\u2019t have to go to campus and sit and wait their turn, but can meet the counselor digitally. Hence, the study counselors can easily deal with queue of students during the day.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trainee places for the financial team<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For several years, we\u2019ve had difficulty recruiting financial officers. It is &#8211; and has been &#8211; difficult to get applicants qualified enough for the positions and sometimes we have not been able to match their salary claims. It has been particularly difficult to bring in new recruits within the EU area. Fortunately, we have very competent employees, but they have been understaffed for a number of years, which affects the work situation and to some extent the support we want to give out from the financial team. We now want to try something new: We have announced trainee positions for the finance department and the interest for the positions have been big and the first round of interviews are being carried out right now. The idea is that a trainee will follow all areas of the the department and learn how we handle everything from incoming invoices to the budget and year-end work. We hope that this new recruitment procedure will be fruitful.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preliminary schedule for the salary revision <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The schedule for this year&#8217;s salary revision is postponed. This is of course due to the situation we have linked to covid-19. In normal cases, we start the salary dialogue during the autumn. Avanova offer both telephone counseling and visits. KTH now offers free consultation (anonymously) up to six occasions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dWork-related health and ill-health\u201d means that there must be a connection between the individual&#8217;s problems, work ability and work requirements. The problems must have been caused by the job situation, or suspected to be related to the work. This differs from general healthcare where illnesses are not always related to work.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, ITM has enlisted the help of occupational health care to get help with mapping ill health linked to the workplace. This work is run together with the unions, the school&#8217;s chief safety representative, who meet together with the employer in collaboration meetings every fortnight. The \u201dcollaboration group\u201d today has a strong focus on work-related issues, which means that we can work together proactively on these issues.<\/p>\n<p>If you need support in these matters, do not hesitate to contact your manager, our HR manager Anna Blendow, or your union representative, (saco-s-itm@kth.se, st-kth@kth.se) or the chief safety representative. Which input you use doesn\u2019t matter as long as we can solve the problems that can arise in a workplace where many people must get along.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Profile pictures on Mondays<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you need a new profile picture, you can turn to the school&#8217;s communication unit. They have a camera on standby every Monday between 09.00-12.00 \u2013 no need to book in advance, it\u2019s a drop-in service.
