Jag ska f\u00f6rhoppningsvis f\u00e5 komma tillbaka till min arbetsplats i h\u00f6st och tr\u00e4ffa mina kollegor \u201dlive\u201d igen. Som jag har v\u00e4ntat och saknat den gemenskap som jag har haft tillg\u00e5ng till under alla \u00e5r utan att ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tta. I min \u00e5lder har jag ju redan f\u00e5tt den f\u00f6rsta vaccinsprutan och f\u00f6rsta fr\u00e5gan jag fick var; vilken sort fick du? P\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt har vi lyckats skapa oss en bild \u00f6ver vad som \u00e4r bra och vad som \u00e4r d\u00e5ligt\u2026 livets lotteri!<\/p>\n<p>KTH har nu tagit fram ett material ang\u00e5ende \u00e5terg\u00e5ngen till arbetsplatsen: \u201dInventering av faktorer som kan smidigg\u00f6ra \u00e5terg\u00e5ng till campusf\u00f6rlagt arbete\u201d. Samtliga chefer har erh\u00e5llit <a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/anstallning\/arbetsmiljo\/digital-arbetsplatstraff-1.1066091\">st\u00f6dmaterial och l\u00e4nkar p\u00e5 intran\u00e4tet<\/a> f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra en digital arbetsplatstr\u00e4ff (APT), f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda arbetsgruppen och samtidigt f\u00e5nga upp f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och behov p\u00e5 individ-, grupp och verksamhetsniv\u00e5. Ledningsgruppen inom st\u00f6dverksamheten genomf\u00f6rde denna \u00f6vning; vi anv\u00e4nde oss av de digitala systemen Zoom och Mentimeter. Det var m\u00e5nga kloka synpunkter som kom fram och dessutom fick vi tillf\u00e4lle att diskutera de fr\u00e5gor som vi alla st\u00e4llt oss, allt eftersom veckor och m\u00e5nader med distansarbete har g\u00e5tt. Vi bj\u00f6d dessutom p\u00e5 ett och annat skratt! V\u00e4l v\u00e4rt avsatt tid! Vi konstaterade att vi beh\u00f6ver en ordentlig kick-off n\u00e4r vi \u00e5terv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att gemensamt med v\u00e5ra kollegor diskutera vad som framkom i inventeringen kopplat till \u00e5terg\u00e5ng i arbetet.<\/p>\n<p>Ledarforum b\u00f6rjar nu ta fart, det finns en agenda f\u00f6r fortsatta diskussioner under v\u00e5ren. I f\u00f6rra veckan bj\u00f6ds samtliga chefer in f\u00f6r att diskutera och bli informerade om vad som g\u00e4ller ang\u00e5ende bisysslor. Detta \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en informationspunkt som ska ner till samtliga medarbetare genom arbetsplatstr\u00e4ffar. Konstateras kan, att det \u00e4r sn\u00e5rigt och inte alltid l\u00e4tt att tolka vad som g\u00e4ller. H\u00e4r f\u00e5r vi ta st\u00f6d av v\u00e5ra jurister p\u00e5 KTH.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/play.kth.se\/media\/Bisyssla-ENG-text\/0_k5ald6zv\">I ITM:s film om bisysslor f\u00e5r du veta det viktigaste.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vi tar g\u00e4rna mot f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor som b\u00f6r lyftas i Ledarforum. Vad beh\u00f6ver vi diskutera gemensamt? Vad beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rtydligas kopplat till de fr\u00e5gor vi gemensamt har som chefer? Vilken feedback f\u00e5r vi vid arbetsplatstr\u00e4ffarna? Hur ska vi ta oss an dessa fr\u00e5gor fram\u00f6ver? I will hopefully be able to come back to my office this autumn and meet my colleagues &#8220;live&#8221; again. I have longed for and missed the community I have had access to over the years without question. At my age, I have already received the first vaccine dose, and one of the first questions I got was: what kind did you get? Somehow we have managed to create an image of what is good and what is bad\u2026 life&#8217;s lottery!<\/p>\n<p>KTH has now produced material about returning to the workplace: &#8220;Inventory of factors that can facilitate return to campus work.&#8221; All managers have received <a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/anstallning\/arbetsmiljo\/digital-arbetsplatstraff-1.1066091\">support materials and links on the intranet<\/a> to conduct a digital workplace meeting (APT) to prepare the working group and at the same time gather expectations and needs at an individual, group, and operational level. The management team in the support business carried out this exercise; we used the digital systems Zoom &amp; Mentimeter. There were many wise views that came up, and in addition, we had the opportunity to discuss the questions that we all asked ourselves during the weeks and months with remote work. We also offered one or two laughs! Well worth the time! We stated that we need a proper kick-off when we return to discuss with our colleagues what emerged in the inventory linked to a return to work.<\/p>\n<p>Ledarforum (leader forum) is now speeding up, and there is a plan for further discussions in the spring. Last week, all managers were invited to discuss and be informed about what applies regarding sideline occupations. This is also an information point that should reach down to all employees through workplace meetings. It can be stated that it is difficult and not always easy to interpret what applies. What do we need to discuss together? What needs to be clarified linked to the issues we have in common as managers? What feedback do we get at the workplace meetings, and how should we address these issues in the future?
