Men efter sommaren och semestrarna ska vi p\u00e5b\u00f6rja och genomf\u00f6ra ett nytt l\u00e4s\u00e5r och jag hoppas att ni alla vet att i v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 rektorsbeslut om h\u00f6sten har grundutbildningsutskottet tagit fram ett planeringsunderlag. Detta planeringsunderlag har p\u00e5verkats p\u00e5 kort sikt av pandemin och p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre sikt av KTH:s l\u00e5ngsiktiga planer och visioner f\u00f6r utbildning. Detta beskrevs i ett mail som KTH:s undervisande personal fick av Leif Kari f\u00f6rra veckan, men f\u00f6r er som inte sett det kan ni l\u00e4sa mer h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/one-lnk.com\/x1epUsHs8_nHGX3meQuqJDVhBZ0A0ewXSBy3-QypGr6DC7BMo32LA4AQPgWVmWgE2Y0PLSgtdkkLp3jpYVfC4H86g\/x1ertSRC40VJY8wGwxmI36aLMwvIxIZdSj8mMpY_bXTU-YJ1mQ0FMLx5oR7duvezTqcBga3YKktXnVmrJDnmYY2Ru6f5yntwNDVno51gScXjsfin2hx5UfZDJqPKGcOQw70XiKHGpMOgzztnEhcuJPAwRiz0v_lx-7wbKo_8C1LKB8\/x1e4yan9PGUA3jeYe61QVSaZQ\/\">Scenarier f\u00f6r KTH:s utbildningsverksamhet<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>ITM:s E-l\u00e4randegrupp<\/h3>\n<p>Eftersom dessa scenarier p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt p\u00e5verkar hur vi kan och b\u00f6r genomf\u00f6ra v\u00e5ra kurser i h\u00f6st vill jag passa p\u00e5 att \u00e5terigen p\u00e5minna om ITM:s E-l\u00e4randegrupp (amanuens-studenterna) som har i uppdrag att hj\u00e4lpa oss med f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>St\u00f6tta, assistera och guida i anv\u00e4ndandet av digitala undervisningsverktyg, exempelvis Canvas.<\/li>\n<li>Introduktion och tr\u00e4ning i verktyg som bidrar till en mer engagerad och interaktiv online undervisning, exempelvis lektioner i Zoom.<\/li>\n<li>Hj\u00e4lpa till att ta fram utbildningsmaterial f\u00f6r flippad undervisning.<\/li>\n<li>Unders\u00f6ka \u00f6ppna fr\u00e5gor som kr\u00e4ver efterforskningar, exempelvis hur kommunikationen med studenter kan utvecklas.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00f6tta vid skapandet av digitala examinationer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Om du har en id\u00e9 om hur och med vad ITM:s E-l\u00e4randegrupp kan hj\u00e4lpa dig med, eller bara vill boka ett m\u00f6te, kontakta dem direkt p\u00e5 deras adress <a href=\"mailto:itm-elearning@kth.se\">itm-elearning@kth.se<\/a>. Presentationer, andra dokument och kommande instruktionsvideor, som gruppen h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att skapa, finns p\u00e5 en Canvassida som heter ITM E-learning. Skicka ett mejl om du \u00e4r intresserad av att f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till den.<\/p>\n<h3>Framtidens utbildning p\u00e5 KTH<\/h3>\n<p>Dessutom genomf\u00f6r utbildningsn\u00e4mnden (UN) just nu ett flertal workshops om framtidens utbildning p\u00e5 KTH. Siktet \u00e4r inst\u00e4llt p\u00e5 hur v\u00e5r utbildningsstruktur b\u00f6r se ut om tio \u00e5r och att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsresan m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja redan nu f\u00f6r att lyckas. Jag \u00e4r UN:s representant i den arbetsgrupp som planerar och faciliterar dessa workshops och utredningen presenterades p\u00e5 KTH:s stortr\u00e4ff den 27\/5. Bland annat fanns det rundabordsdiskussioner kring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vett och etikett i zoom,<\/li>\n<li>spr\u00e5kkunskaper bland doktorander,<\/li>\n<li>externa intressenters engagemang i ingenj\u00f6rsutbildningar,<\/li>\n<li>bed\u00f6mning av reell kompetens (validering),<\/li>\n<li>genomstr\u00f6mning,<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e5llbar utveckling,<\/li>\n<li>tillg\u00e4nglighet och GDPR,<\/li>\n<li>studentinflytande p\u00e5 doktorandniv\u00e5,<\/li>\n<li>mottagningen av nya studenter,<\/li>\n<li>studiemilj\u00f6 och andra studiesocialafr\u00e5gor,<\/li>\n<li>KTH:s kvalitetss\u00e4kringssystem f\u00f6r utbildningar p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er,<\/li>\n<li>blottlagda kvalitetsbrister i utbildningen i kvalitetsuppf\u00f6ljning 2021,<\/li>\n<li>hur vi kan f\u00f6rebygga och avskr\u00e4cka f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att vilseleda bed\u00f6mning,<\/li>\n<li>program\u00f6verskridande projektkurser med HU och JML,<\/li>\n<li>experimentella l\u00e4randemilj\u00f6er,<\/li>\n<li>livsl\u00e5ngt l\u00e4rande: uppdrag och nya f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar,<\/li>\n<li>breddad rekrytering och breddat deltagande,<\/li>\n<li>examination som kan ers\u00e4tta stora salstentor,<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e4rares arbetsbelastning under pandemin och tid f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som sagt, mycket intressanta diskussioner och berikande kunskapsutbyten!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kursutv\u00e4rderningar och tentamensinformation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avslutningsvis vill jag p\u00e5minna er om att vi alla ska genomf\u00f6ra kursutv\u00e4rderingar innan sommaren f\u00f6r de kurser vi genomf\u00f6rt under v\u00e5rterminen. But after the summer and the vacations, we will start and implement a new academic year, and I hope you all know that while waiting for the President&#8217;s decision about the autumn, the First and Second Cycle Education Committee (GU) has produced a planning document. This planning document has been affected by the pandemic in the short term and KTH&#8217;s long-term plans and visions for education. The scenarios were described in an e-mail that KTH&#8217;s teaching staff received from Leif Kari last week, but for those of you who have not seen it, you can read more here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/utbildning\/covid-19\/scenarier\/introduktion-1.1067677\">Scenarios for KTH&#8217;s educational activities<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>ITM&#8217;s E-learning group<\/h3>\n<p>Since these scenarios affect how we can and should carry out our courses this autumn, I would like to take the opportunity to remind you of ITM&#8217;s E-learning group (the amanuenses \u00a0students) who help us with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support, assist and guide in the use of digital teaching tools, such as Canvas.<\/li>\n<li>Introduction and training on tools to increase engagement and collaboration during online teaching, for instance lectures in zoom.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute on the production of education materials for flipped education.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate open questions that require some research, for example how to improve communication with students.<\/li>\n<li>Support with creating digital examinations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have an idea on how and with what the ITM E-learning team can help you with, or just wants to book a 1-to-1 meeting, contact them directly through <a href=\"mailto:itm-elearning@kth.se\">itm-elearning@kth.se<\/a>.\u00a0But, since the amanuenses group is made up of both domestic and international students, please write to them in English.<\/p>\n<p>ITM&#8217;s E-learning group has conducted several workshops. For example, focused on collaboration tools, interactive online teaching, and structuring of Canvas pages. Send an e-mail if you are interested in accessing it.<\/p>\n<h3>The future education at KTH<\/h3>\n<p>In addition, the Board of Education (UN) is currently conducting several workshops on future education at KTH. The focus is on what our educational structure should look like in ten years and that the journey of change must begin right now to succeed. I am the UN&#8217;s representative in the working group that plans and facilitates these workshops, and the investigation was presented at KTH&#8217;s Storgruppsm\u00f6te on May 27. Among other things, there were round table discussions about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>common sense and etiquette in Zoom,<\/li>\n<li>language skills among doctoral students,<\/li>\n<li>involvement of external stakeholders in engineering education,<\/li>\n<li>assessment of real competence (validation),<\/li>\n<li>throughput,<\/li>\n<li>sustainable development,<\/li>\n<li>accessibility and GDPR,<\/li>\n<li>student influence at doctoral level,<\/li>\n<li>the reception of new students,<\/li>\n<li>study environment and other study social issues,<\/li>\n<li>KTH&#8217;s quality assurance system for education at all levels,<\/li>\n<li>revealed quality deficiencies in the education in quality follow-up 2021,<\/li>\n<li>how we can prevent and discourage attempts to mislead in assessment,<\/li>\n<li>program-wide project courses with sustainable development and JML,<\/li>\n<li>experimental learning environments,<\/li>\n<li>lifelong learning: assignments and new conditions,<\/li>\n<li>broadened recruitment and broadened participation,<\/li>\n<li>examinations that can replace proctored campus exams,<\/li>\n<li>teachers&#8217; workload during the pandemic and recovery time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That said very interesting discussions and enriching knowledge sharing!<\/p>\n<h3>Course evaluations and examination information<\/h3>\n<p>Finally, I would like to remind you that all of us must carry out course evaluations before the summer for the courses we have completed during the spring semester.
