Sj\u00e4lv har jag undervisat i hybridformat b\u00e5de under v\u00e5rterminen och \u00e4nnu mer sedan h\u00f6stterminens start och har l\u00e4rt mig uppskatta formatets f\u00f6rdelar (tillg\u00e4ngligheten och m\u00f6jligheten att trots pandemin f\u00e5 undervisa p\u00e5 campus), samt flera g\u00e5nger svurit \u00f6ver dess nackdelar (teknikstrul och kommunikationssv\u00e5righeter). Dock kommer arbetet med den undervisningsutveckling som pandemin kickstartade forts\u00e4tta, s\u00e5som beskrivs p\u00e5 intran\u00e4tet:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dFr\u00e5n l\u00e4speriod 2 kan d\u00e4rmed utbildningsaktiviteter formas enbart utifr\u00e5n vad som gynnar l\u00e4randet, med den \u00f6vergripande inriktningen f\u00f6r vad som beskrevs i scenario L\u00c5G som utg\u00e5ngspunkt.\u201d<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/nyheter\/sa-paverkar-lattade-pandemirestriktioner-kth-s-utbildning-1.1101161\">S\u00e5 p\u00e5verkar l\u00e4ttade pandemirestriktioner KTH:s utbildning\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I en artikel med rektor s\u00e4ger Sigbritt:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dD<\/em><em>en pedagogiska utvecklingen sl\u00e4pper vi inte, \u00e4ven om restriktionerna h\u00e4vs, utan vi tar \u00e4ven fortsatt fasta p\u00e5 det vi l\u00e4rt oss under pandemin f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta utveckla framtidens utbildning.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Och \u00e4ven vicerektor f\u00f6r utbildning, Leif Kari, beskrev visionerna f\u00f6r detta i en artikel publicerad f\u00f6re sommaren:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVi kan s\u00e4ga att nu ska vi tillbaka till framtiden<\/em><em>\u2026 Det blir en st\u00f6rre variation och m\u00e5ngfald n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller s\u00e5v\u00e4l undervisning som examination. Vi blandar digital och fysisk n\u00e4rvaro f\u00f6r att kunna ge b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga utbildning i linje med v\u00e5ra l\u00e5ngsiktiga m\u00e5l.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/aktuellt\/nyheter\/fran-pandemi-till-pedagogisk-utveckling-1.1080322\">Fr\u00e5n pandemi till pedagogisk utveckling, med Leif Kari<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lv ser jag med sp\u00e4nning fram emot att p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt kunna bidra till KTH:s l\u00e5ngsiktiga planer och visioner f\u00f6r utbildningens utveckling. B\u00e5de behoven av det, samt m\u00e5let f\u00f6r det arbetet, diskuterades under det f\u00f6rsta tillf\u00e4llet av KTH Debatt. Du som missade diskussionen kring behoven av nya format och \u00f6kad flexibilitet f\u00f6r framtidens utbildning kan ta del av den i efterhand h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/om\/mot\/evenemang\/kth-debatt\/ta-del-av-tidigare-debatter-1.1094551\">Ta del av tidigare debatter<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>St\u00f6d inf\u00f6r tentaveckorna<\/h3>\n<p>Tentaveckorna f\u00f6r period 1 \u00e4r snart h\u00e4r och flera av ITM:s kurser kommer d\u00e5 genomf\u00f6ra sina tentor i datorsal ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r skriftlig salstentamen (b\u00e5da mina egna kurser bland annat). S\u00e5 jag vill bara p\u00e5minna alla l\u00e4rare som m\u00e5ste, eller vill, genomf\u00f6ra digital examination (b\u00e5de formativ och sumativ) att det finns stor hj\u00e4lp att f\u00e5 med utformningen av detta b\u00e5de av ITM:s E-l\u00e4randegrupp (amanuensstudenterna n\u00e5s via <a href=\"mailto:itm-elearning@kth.se\">itm-elearning@kth.se<\/a>) samt KTH:s e-l\u00e4rande team f\u00f6r digital examination (<a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/examination(e-learning@kth.se\">e-learning@kth.se<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/examination\/examination-1.970515\">St\u00f6d, r\u00e5d och riktlinjer kring examination<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ITM:s E-l\u00e4randegrupp genomf\u00f6r \u00e4ven workshops (exempelvis med fokus p\u00e5 digital examination och avancerade quizzar). Deras presentationer, andra dokument och inspelade videos fr\u00e5n worskhops finns samlade p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r sidan:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.kth.se\/courses\/30173\">ITM E-learning(Canvas)<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Kursutv\u00e4rdering<\/h3>\n<p>Avslutningsvis vill jag p\u00e5minna er alla om att det snart \u00e4r dags att genomf\u00f6ra kursutv\u00e4rderingar f\u00f6r de kurser vi genomf\u00f6rt under period 1 HT21 och att de f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4llda kursanalyserna sedan ska tillg\u00e4ngligg\u00f6ras p\u00e5 sidan\u00a0<em>Kursens utveckling<\/em>\u00a0i Kurs- och programkatalogen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/utbildning\/utbildningsadministr\/om-kursen\/kursens-utveckling\">Mer om Kursanalys och kursdata<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\/Anna Jerbrant, vice skolchef och grundutbildningsansvarig p\u00e5 ITM-skolan<\/p>\n<h2>Thoughts about the future education<\/h2>\n<h3>Education under change<\/h3>\n<p>Today is Monday, the week when the restrictions regarding the number of participants at various events will be eased, which will entail many changes for our teaching \u2013 again. Personally, I have taught in a hybrid format both during the spring semester and even more since the autumn semester began and have learned to appreciate the format&#8217;s advantages (accessibility and the opportunity to teach on campus despite the pandemic), and several times swore about its disadvantages (technology and communication difficulties). However, work on the educational development that the pandemic kick-started will continue, as described on the intranet:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;From reading period 2, educational activities can thus be shaped solely on the basis of what benefits learning, with the overall focus on what was described in the LOW scenario as a starting point.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/utbildning\/nyheter\/sa-paverkar-lattade-pandemirestriktioner-kth-s-utbildning-1.1101161\">How eased pandemic restrictions affect KTH&#8217;s education<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In an article with the president, Sigbritt emphasizes:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We will not let go of the pedagogical development, even if the restrictions are eased, but we will also continue to focus on what we learned during the pandemic to continue develop the education of the future.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>And Vice President for Education, Leif Kari, also described the visions for this in an article published before the summer:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We can say that now we are going back to the future\u2026 There will be greater variation and diversity in terms of both teaching and examination. We will mix digital and physical presence in order to provide the best possible education in line with our long-term goals.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/aktuellt\/nyheter\/fran-pandemi-till-pedagogisk-utveckling-1.1080322\">From pandemic to pedagogical progress, with Leif Kari<\/a><\/p>\n<p>With excitement, I look forward to contributing in various ways to KTH&#8217;s long-term plans and visions for education development. At the first session of KTH Debatt the participants discussed the needs for education development and the goals of that work. For those who missed the discussion about the need for new formats and increased flexibility for future education can take part in it afterwards here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\/om\/mot\/evenemang\/kth-debatt\/ta-del-av-tidigare-debatter-1.1094551\">Take part in previous debates (Swedish)<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Support during exam weeks<\/h3>\n<p>The exam weeks for period one will soon be here, and several of ITM&#8217;s courses will then conduct their exams in a computer room instead of a handwritten, traditional exam (both my courses, among others). So I just want to remind all teachers who must, or want to, conduct digital examinations (both formative and summative) that there is good help to get with the exam design, both by ITM&#8217;s E-learning Group (amanuens students are reached via <a href=\"mailto:itm-elearning@kth.se\">itm-elearning@kth.se<\/a>) and KTH&#8217;s e-learning team for digital examination (e-learning@kth.se)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/intra.kth.se\/en\/utbildning\/examination\/examination-1.970515\">Support, advice and guidelines for examinations<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ITM&#8217;s E-learning group also gives workshops (for example with a focus on digital examination and advanced quizzes).
