Corona situation has definitely changed the way people interact worldwide. And educational institutes like KTH have adopted appropriate teaching methods that benefit the students without compromising on the quality of course delivery. In this blog, I present to you my experience through this period of the semester, where it is a combination of digital and physical.
Although all my lectures are happening online through zoom meetings, there are lectures from other Master courses that are happening on campus. The students are split up into smaller groups who attend physical classes and laboratories.
Most of my course involves group project work and we do a mix of physical and digital meetings. It feels good to meet people after long months of isolation. Although we take all the precautionary measures before and while meeting our groups.
KTH library is working as normal with limited and spaced out seating facilities. Students are able to use all the facilities such as borrowing books, printers and computers.
It feels good to be back on campus and interacting with people. But care should be taken to be cautious about the current situation.
