Update on Covid-19 regulations in the Autumn semester 2021

In the past weeks the covid-19 situation has calmed down a bit in several countries in the world. The same goes for Sweden, where number are declining as well. Last week, the president of KTH has made new decisions for studies conducted in the Autumn semester 2021 – which are especially interesting for all our newly admitted students! 🤩

Teaching and examination will from end of August on be conducted largely physically on campus. Therefore, the campus facilities will also be open to use for all KTH students. During the introduction weeks in August, some events will also be held on campus. This goes for example for the handout of the KTH access cards and information on your KTH account. However, bigger events, such as information meetings that involve many people will still be held digitally unless the government changes the regulations for larger groups. This of course also depends on the developments of the pandemic over the summer. Updates on the studies at KTH can be found here.

Hopefully the main campus will be more lively in Autumn 😊

Enjoy getting to know students personally

Moving most of the studies to on campus again is probably great news for everyone! 🤩 The campus was super empty during the past year and for everyone who had digital lectures, it might come as a relief to finally meet people in person again! No matter if you’re a current student at KTH or you’ll be coming to KTH in Autumn, enjoy getting to know your fellow students and your professors in person! However, keep yourself updated about the current recommendations of the public health agency in Sweden which you can find here.

Enjoy the sun! ☀️
