CE@KTH sponsors and participates in Circular Materials Conference 2022

CE@KTH team participated in the Circular Materials Conference 2022 in Skellefteå, Sweden (https://lnkd.in/eAxFQwc).

The conference brought together many interesting speakers from industry, academia and research institutes. Representing KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Professor Amir Rashid apprised participants of the role the Circular Economy Initiative at KTH is playing in leading the transition towards circular economy. To speed up the transition, Circular Economy Initiative at KTH is acting on different interfaces that include:

- providing support to the industry with CE tools and frameworks
- conducting basic and applied research on CE in collaboration with industry
- developing graduate, post-graduate and lifelong learning courses on CE
- disseminating CE knowledge through seminars and workshops

The team also visited Northvolt Ett, Kuusakoski Recycling and Boliden Rönnskär.
