The existence of dynamic pressure transient enhancements in the magnetosheath have been well documented in the past. Their properties and creation mechanism are still under investigation with many theories emerging. In this thesis, a new approach is implemented in order to approximate more accurately the extent of these enhancements in the transverse dimensions, along with some investigation on their other characteristics. The method is described and analyzed, along with possible improvements. In total, 53 events were documented that fulfill specific criteria and the results seem to agree with other authors. The data was collected from ESA’s depository for the Cluster satellite constellation and processed by utilizing functions written by IRFU for Matlab
