Registration
Registration is open from the 15th of April. There is a limited number of rooms available and these will be assigned on a first-come basis.
The registration fee is before June 15: 3250 SEK for PhD students and 4250 SEK for others (excl. VAT), after June 15: 3750 SEK for PhD students and 5000 SEK for others (excl. VAT).
Note that the registration includes the meeting, all meals including the conference dinner and accomodation in single or double room. PhD students will be placed in double rooms, so if you have preferences for whom to share with you will be given the opportunity to provide the name of that person when you register.
If you plan on arriving to Sigtuna on August 24, you are given the option to reserve a room for the extra night in the registration form. The cost for the extra night is SEK 985 for PhD students and 1435 for others (excl VAT) and is paid directly to the hotel at the site. Note: there is a limited number of rooms available and they will be assigned on a first-come basis. If necessary, we will book rooms at hotels close by.
