First Swedish astronaut visits KTH

Christer Fuglesang, the first Swede in space, visits KTH Thursday, January 25. He will participate in a seminar for high school students and teachers. During the seminar he will screen a film shot during his stay at the space station.

The seminar is hosted by KTH and the Swedish daily newspaper, Dagens Nyheter (DN). Participation is by special invitation only, but the seminar will be streamed on the DN website, www.dn.se.

He will also visit the Student Union and have dinner with the President of KTH, Anders Flodström. Christer Fuglesang has a degree in Engineering Physics from KTH and is also an Affiliate Professor there.
